2. What we are — and what we are not

Dentalcare Istanbul is a care coordinator, not a dental clinic. This is the single most important thing to understand about our service.

We do not provide dental treatment. We do not employ dentists. We do not diagnose dental conditions. All dental treatment is carried out by our independently licensed partner clinic in Istanbul, which is a separately incorporated entity operating under its own clinical governance, licences, and legal obligations. The treating dentist and clinic are registered with and regulated by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health and the Turkish Dental Association.

Our role is to:

  • Help you understand your treatment options and prepare for the process
  • Liaise with the partner clinic on your behalf to obtain a treatment plan and itemised quote
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements through our travel partner, Safaryar Holidays
  • Support communication between you and the clinic before, during, and after your treatment trip

Engaging with Dentalcare Istanbul does not create a doctor-patient relationship. No doctor-patient relationship is formed through this website, through our email or messaging communication, or through any stage of the enquiry or planning process. The doctor-patient relationship is formed directly between you and the treating dentist at the partner clinic.

3. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its connected systems
  • Use any automated means to access, scrape, or index the site without our prior written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or enquiry

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to this website if you breach these terms.

4. Quotes, prices, and treatment plans

Any treatment plan or price quotation we provide — whether via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel — is an indicative estimate prepared for your information only. It is not a binding offer and does not constitute a contract for treatment.

A treatment plan prepared remotely, based on photographs and written information, is necessarily approximate. The treating dentist will conduct a clinical assessment (including X-rays and, for implant cases, a CBCT scan) when you are present at the clinic. The final treatment plan and binding price agreement are those agreed in writing directly between you and the clinic at or before the commencement of treatment.

We aim for our indicative quotes to closely match the final agreed price, but we cannot guarantee that they will be identical. Any material discrepancy between a remote quote and the clinically assessed price will be explained to you by the clinic before treatment begins, and you are not obliged to proceed.

5. Travel and accommodation coordination

Travel and accommodation arrangements are coordinated through Safaryar Holidays, an independent travel partner. Safaryar Holidays operates under its own terms and conditions, which govern the booking and delivery of travel services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Safaryar Holidays or any airline, hotel, or transfer provider.

Travel disruption, delays, or cancellations are outside our control. We recommend that you hold appropriate travel insurance, including medical repatriation cover, for any trip involving dental treatment abroad.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, layouts, and code — is owned by or licensed to Dentalcare Istanbul and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this site without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Before-and-after images on this site are published with the explicit written consent of the patients depicted. Reproducing or sharing these images without our permission and without the patient’s consent is not permitted.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website and our coordination services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for:

  • The clinical outcomes of treatment provided by the partner clinic or any treating dentist
  • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on this website
  • Loss of data, business, revenue, or profits arising from use of or inability to use this site
  • The acts or omissions of Safaryar Holidays, the partner clinic, any airline, hotel, or other third party
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, howsoever arising

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
