The package price covers treatment at the partner clinic, your hotel (with breakfast), all airport and clinic transfers, and a dedicated coordinator throughout. Flights are always quoted separately and itemised clearly — they are never hidden in the package total. Any optional clinical extras (e.g. a bone graft, sedation, additional teeth) are also quoted separately before you agree to anything.
Travel coordination is handled in partnership with Safaryar Holidays, a licensed travel company. They arrange the hotel and ground transfers. For flights, we provide coordinated options and timing advice so you can book directly — that way there is no mark-up and you hold the booking. Having one coordinator across both sides means you have a single point of contact for the whole trip.
No — and we are clear about that. The 'from' prices are starting points for planning, based on the most common version of each treatment. Your actual price is confirmed in a free, itemised plan after a clinical assessment of your photos. The final price is in writing before anything is booked.
Yes. The three tiers are common starting points, not rigid products. Tell us your treatment, rough dates and any hotel preferences, and we build a plan around you. Everything is itemised so you can add, remove or adjust any element.
Some treatments — implants in particular — require a second short trip for the final crown, typically 3–4 months after placement. We tell you this upfront. The cost of the second trip (usually just 2 nights, transfers and the crown fitting) is quoted in your original plan so there are no surprises.
Getting a plan and quote is completely free with no obligation. Booking terms, deposits and cancellation conditions are set out clearly in writing before you commit. We do not take payment until you are ready to proceed.
Treatment is backed by a written 5-year guarantee covering the clinical work. The terms cover complications and material failure. Your coordinator can explain the exact scope during planning — and it is all in writing.
